We are sorry to hear your gadget has been involved in an incident – don’t worry here’s how you can claim for repairs or replacements
Firstly, is the incident covered on your policy?
The policy that you have taken out does cover lots of things and full details are in your policy terms and conditions, you should check these out first. You will also find what things are not covered there too.
Reporting your claim to the Claims Administrators
Davies Group Ltd provide a claims administration service for us and they look after you in the event of claim for a lost, stolen or damaged gadget.
To make a claim you should contact them directly. Check which cover you have and give them a call

All claims offices are open for claim calls between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and until midday on Saturdays
You will be connected to a claim handler who will help you with registering your claim
What should you do now?
Full details of the claim procedure and what you will need to have ready are in the terms and conditions document with your policy, but below is a brief summary
If your gadget is lost or stolen, you need to report it as soon as possible
You must report the theft or accidental loss of your gadget to the police within 48 hours of discovery. You will be given a crime reference number for any theft and a lost property number to support an accidental loss claim
You must report the theft or accidental loss of a cellular gadget (including mobile phones) within 24 hours of discovery to your Airtime Provider and blacklist your handset.
