How to manage your own policy in the customer area?
Want to manage your policy? Simple, all you have to do is click on the self-service icon (above) and enter your email address. We’ll then email you a one-time passcode and once you enter that you’ll be in the customer area.
Once you’re in, you have access to your policy information. This allows you to:
- Find out your policy number.
- Check when you started your policy, and when your policy is due to end.
- Change the card you use to pay for your policy.
- Find your devices IMEI/ Serial Number.
- Find your policy number.
- Cancel your policy.
Within the customer area you can also view and withdraw money from your Cashpot. Your NextGen unique referral code and Cashpot are simple to use. Your referral code is shown below and can be shared with anyone via text, social media and email. If someone uses your unique code and purchases a policy, you make money, they save money, and we’ll make a donation to Friends of the Earth. As soon as funds are available you can withdraw as little or as much, whenever you like.
As well as this, you can also update and check your person information such as: email, phone number and address.
